After LNBank of BTCPay Server was deprecated and you cannot see its interface, you may want to pay out the users. But what was their balance?

Any alternatives? I have some friends that would like a small store, they don't want to run a node, I don't want to run a node. Manual payouts are OK, but I need accounting.
I've seen Blink integration, but I would prefer something less centralized (no problem with holding coins on my node, but third party that relies on SMS and phone numbers and bans people from some countries is weird, although it would probably work for my use-case).
