One of the most beautiful things you can experience is looking at someone who is extraordinary in something doing their thing. It can be a guide in a kindergarten, a massage therapist, a programmer, a cook, does not matter. The result of their work is also amazing, but the process, when you see they're in the flow is an experience in itself.

It is even next level when they do it outside of a hierarchy (they are either gamma - no alpha boss, no beta submissive, or they are an entrepreneur). If they do it as an individual, the constraints of a hierarchy are removed and they can truly shine.

The next step is when you become that extraordinary person and you experience it first hand. Finding and developing your unique ability and being in flow while doing what you are uniquely great is one of the most wonderful things in the world.
