"It's fun for me that just showing up as someone who owns themselves or takes ownership over
themselves and being authentic is just by its very nature transformative.
And I think there's something about entrepreneurism that takes greater advantage of this than
let's say corporate life or government life.
The point of bureaucracy is actually so that individuals don't have to take ownership.
And things that get really big, but they're not growing in value, they're not growing
in usefulness and everything else.
After a while, it's that nobody should be accountable for anything that's happening.
I think that's when things go bad.
When you're in an internal structure where you're actually punished for taking ownership."
